The Plant & Pollinator Center includes a molecular lab, honey bee hives, prairie garden, cold storage, environmental chambers, a classroom for community outreach, and a dry room for processing plant material. 
This project is unique due to it’s proposed location inside an existing warehouse. A problem we seem to be running into more and more as Universities run out of space.
